Hybrid Technology

The mixer's hybrid design provides the ease-of-use, warmth, feel, and zero-latency of analog mixers, combined with the power, choice, and flexibility of outboard digital processing
Versatile
The mixer is ideal for live sound applications, and is equally useful in recording and remixing studios
Inputs
The mixer has 16 mono and 4 stereo mic inputs on XLR connectors, plus 16 mono and 4 stereo line inputs on TRS connectors. There is also a stereo playback input, and a talkback mic input
Outputs
The VeniceF-24 offers stereo and mono master outputs
Bus Structure
The bus structure offers 2 stereo aux returns, 6 aux mix busses, and 4 audio subgroups. There is an additional mono bus and a 7 x 2 matrix. All of the bus outputs have XLR connectors and insert capability. There is also an insert in/out switch with an indicator LED
Routing
The mixer has several routing options; you can perform individual routing to groups, all 6 aux sends are individually switchable pre or post fade, and the 2 aux buses designated as monitor (foldback) sends are also switchable pre/post EQ on an individual channel basis
FireWire
The FireWire interface provides 24 x 24 channels of audio transfer, allowing you to use the mixer in conjunction with a PC or Mac with 3rd party audio processing software. All groups, auxes, matrix and L&R have the option to be routed to the VeniceF's FireWire interface
High-Quality Preamps
Midas mic preamps provide superior quality
Phantom Power
The mixer provides 48V phantom power for the mic inputs, allowing you to use condenser mics. There is also a -20 dB pad, polarity reverse, and an 80 Hz high-pass filter
EQ
There is a 4-band swept EQ with 2 parametric mids so you can shape your sound
Durable Construction
The VeniceF-24 has a steel frame for strength and rigidity. The potentiometers have metal shafts and are individually nutted to the steel fascia panel. There are high-precision 100mm faders on all input channels, groups, and masters.
Software
A 60-day free trial version of RECORD software by Propellerhead is included, providing you with multi-track recording (up to 64 tracks), virtual racks full of FX and dynamics processing, and even a software mixer, which can be patched in parallel with the physical mixer
